ALTiDUX

Terms of use

Last changed: 17 October 2026

These terms cover the ALTiDUX app for iPhone and Apple Watch and this website. They are written to be read: if anything is unclear, write to hello@altidux.com.

Who we are

Rafał Maniak
hello@altidux.com

ALTiDUX is run by Rafał Maniak until the company that will run it is registered; its name, number and registered office will then be given here.

What ALTiDUX is

ALTiDUX builds training plans for races, analyses courses, estimates race times and guides runs and races on Apple Watch. Plans, paces, predictions and the pilot's words are estimates worked out from what you enter, from your runs and from published sports science; they can be wrong, for example when a GPS or heart-rate reading is.

Your health and your safety

The app's licence

The app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it; where they differ on the app, Apple's agreement prevails.

ALTiDUX PRO

Live tracking

Anyone with your live-tracking link can see your position during the race. Share it only with people you want to follow you. You can switch it off at any time; the page is then deleted.

Fair use

Please do not misuse the app, the website or our server: no attempts to break in, to overload it, to read other people's races, or to copy the app beyond what the law allows.

What belongs to whom

The name ALTiDUX, its logos, the app and the content of this website belong to us. The photographs on this website are generated with AI. Course files you import stay yours or their authors'.

Our responsibility

We build and run ALTiDUX with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or that come from using ALTiDUX against these terms or against the health and safety advice above.

Changes

We may change the app and these terms. When a change matters, we say so in the app or on this page before it takes effect, with the date at the top.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
